The History Axis of the LARCA is organizing a doctoral seminar session on Monday 13 December, 11 am-11h30 am, online (see Zoom link below).
Marine Bellégo (Lecturer, British History, LARCA/Université de Paris) will give a presentation entitled “Enraciner l’empire” based on her doctoral research on Calcutta’s botanical garden in the 19th century, that crossed the disciplines of postcolonial history and environmental history (among others). She will also talk about her book to be published at the Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle Press.
