Hakluyt Society’s Annual General Meeting and Lecture on Wednesday 15 June will be held at the Royal Asiatic Society, 14 Stephenson Way, London NW1 2HD, very near Euston Station. The lecture is free to attend. Our lecturer, Professor Ladan Niayesh, will be speaking on ‘Echoing Cities in Muscovy Company Merchants’ Itineraries in Persia and Central Asia (1558-1570s)’. The lecture will be followed by a reception with drinks and canapés. Tickets for the reception, costing £18.00, can be obtained from .
