Le président américain Joe Biden a signé mardi la première loi fédérale à interdire le lynchage aux États-Unis. C’est l’aboutissement de décennies de lutte, alors que le Congrès a échoué 200 fois à s’opposer à ces crimes racistes qui ont profondément marqué l’histoire du pays.
