Catherine Bernard est spécialiste de fiction anglaise contemporaine, d’art moderne et contemporain, ainsi que de l’histoire de l’esthétique de la modernité. Elle travaille actuellement à l’édition d’un volume d’essais, New Objects of Visibility, émanant des travaux du séminaire « Imaginaires contemporains » qu’elle coordonne au sein du LARCA. Elle vient de publier Matière à réflexion. Du corps politique dans les arts visuels et la littérature britannique contemporains (2018).
